He is a film and television actor, recording artist and songwriter, concert performer, host, product endorser, and film producer in the Philippines.He is one of the most sought-after male actors in Philippine entertainment today having starred in several hit movies and TV series.Pascual celebrated his 10th year in showbiz via his second solo major concert entitled Ten: Piolo Pascual at the Araneta Coliseum (Big Dome) last November 30, 2007.Pascual also launched his new coffee-table book, entitled Piolo: Believing, which is a chronicle of his life in both text and pictures.Piolo bagged the title "Male Recording Artist of the Year" from the 38th Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation in May 2008, together with other artists from ABS-CBN and GMA Network.
