Scott Bailey
Scott Bailey is an American actor born on December 16, 1978 in Florissant, Missouri. He is best known for playing Sandy Foster on the CBS soap opera Guiding Light and Roman Martin on the MyNetworkTV limited-run serial Saints & Sinners. He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from New Mexico State University and once worked for the U.S. Department of Energy. He began pursuing acting while working on his doctoral degree at UCLA.
